2012 Nascar Pools Online League

Contest Rules

  1. The contest is held by nascarpoolsonline.com ("The Sponsor") and is open to all registered members of nascarpoolsonline.com who are legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) and are of the age of majority in the state/province in which they reside on or before February 26, 2012. Entries void where prohibited by law.
  2. The contest starts January 27, 2012, and closes November 18, 2012. There will be 2 segments for the contest: Races 1 - 26 and Races 27 - 36. Deadline for entries for the first segment is Sunday, February 26 at 12:00pm Eastern. The deadline for the second segment for those that qualify is Sunday, September 16 at 12:00pm Eastern.
  3. The prizes consist of 4 Nascar Pools Online t-shirts (approx. value $15 each) and will be awarded individually as follows:
    • Top overall finisher at the end of the first segment.
    • Highest single race score for the first segment.
    • Randomly chosen entrant from the first segment.
    • Top overall finisher at the end of the second segment.
    To be determined as a winner, the potential winners will have to answer a skill testing question. In case of a tie, all entrants with the highest number of points will be entered into a random drawing, with the first entrant selected being the winner. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
  4. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or he/she does not comply with these rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and the next highest finishing entrant may, at the Sponsor's discretion be declared a winner, as applicable.
  5. Odds of winning will depend on the number of valid entries.
  6. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Enter for free by logging on to the contest website (www.nascarpoolsonline.com), and joining the NPO League using the ID and Password found at the contest page.
  7. Only one entry (team) per account/email address will be allowed. Any email addresses found with multiple entries will be disqualified/ineligible for prizes.
  8. The prizes are not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded. Sizes available of prizing may be limited at the time of contest closure.
  9. By claiming a prize, the winner(s) authorize the use, without additional compensation of their name, likeness and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes (i.e. we'll post the winner(s) on our respective sites).
  10. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the contest administrator, which shall be final in all respects.
